Hydraulic lift system for a MF 165. I am trying to remove the hydraulic lift system where the seat is mounted. I have taken out the outer ring of bolts and disconnected the lift arms. there are about 12 bolts I think or so bolting the hydralic to the housing of the tractor. Now I see what appear to be two cables attached to the housing that want allow the lift to come out of the tractor housing. The problem was the response when try to lift my bush-hog. The lift would lift it but then it would immediately go back down while the control was still in the up position and the tractor was still running.
Can someone help me please, instructions, pictures, etc

There is a small roller that has to be removed before you lift off the liftcover or you will pull the control arms from the pump. You have to remove the access plate on the right side of the rear housing it is the one with the dipstick & response lever in it. I suspect your problem is caused by a weak master control spring. I have Pictures on all of this if you will email me I will email them to you
