Well, we solved the generator problem, so let's move on to the next thing. I'm down to the "little stuff". On the 3 point hitch, lower link arm, the "pivot" bolt that comes out of the rear axle housing, is loose and has a slow drip. It is the last leak that I have to stop, and want to get it over with. Is there any way to tighten this up, without drastic measures? From what I can see, I'll need to get to the nut on the inside of the rear end housing. I've tried to turn it with a wrench, and even spun it with an impact wrench. No luck. Is there any way to get to it without pulling the axle housing? Anyone have a simple fix? Or do I need to get busy, and start tearing down the rear end?

You will have to remove the axle housing. you can access both pins by removing the left housing & setting out the ring gear carrier. If you run it loose very long it will wallow out the hole till you cannot keep it tight. If you need more information email me
