What is the correct yellow for a 1952 MH 55? We crossed a PPG number DCC2929 and tried an Omni paint but it looks like a very pale yellow - we've seen some rims that have a deeper yellow to them. What paint number gives a deeper yellow?

I did a fair amount of research to find the correct shade from PPG. The number I used was MBC 3274, and also used Omni 2 stage. I'll email a pic of my 101 Senior, and you can decide what you think

The PPG Code I have for Massey Harris yellow is 80533. DuPont cross for this is called Straw Colored wheels, DuPont code # 5522 ULDV, or 43093 UAD, or 43225. DuPont code for Massey Harris yellow is 29440 D (M1023)or 71890.

Hi,
NAPA Crossfire code is 4341 and their Techsystems code is 99-4341. The name is straw yellow. These are both Martin-Senyor paints.

NAPA shows four codes for MH red, does anyone know what the correct one is for MH's vintage 1948-1955? I'd sure appreciate it, Thanks.

David is correct-NAPA should have a good color chip that you can look at and MH yellow is called straw yellow,
