I have a MF-65 that after awhile of working hard it will approach 230-240 and I head in and cool it down with the hose on the radiater. Now it has a new radiater a new pump and a new themostat. I overhauled the motor and all the passages were clear(I have had this problem before)I thought I had found the problem when I replaced the water pump I got a little happy with the silicone and plugged the hole on the back of the pump If I keep the tractoe in a lower gear it does alright but if I run in 2 high with either the brushog or most recently shuttling bales it warms up steadily it will run under 200 forawhile then steadily get warmer. I do think the fan is awful low below the bottom half of the radiater but all 65's are like that any suugesstions?

I have a MF65(diesel) with left front grill off and the air holes in radiator will plug up with trash. With a cold motor take a water hose and nozzle and flush the trash out of holes. Blow dry or expect to get a shower when you start and speed motor up. The last week I had to do this when I notice it was running a high temp. The next day it ran considerable cooler.

How many blades has the fan? A lot of 65's over here had a (stupid ) 2 blade fan which could be replaced with a 4 blade as fitted to the 65s industrial model which I am told helped matters no end.
