Hi Folks,
As you may or may not remember my Transmission Oil level has dropped from Full to Low over the last 4 years. I now have the Oil Filler plug (immediately to the left of the gear stick) off (after obtaining a six point socket) and last night added about half a litre of Oil. To my concern the Oil Level on the dip stick did not raise at all. The dipstick is on the right hand side below the drivers seat mounted on a large round plate. So my questions are - should half a litre have raised the level and is this the right filler location for this dipstick? Thanks for your help, Craig.

Try adding half a gallon and you may see a rise. Capacity of back end is over five gallons. Sounds like you just need to add more oil.

You are filling in right place and checking at correct dipstick.
