I currently use Lead Replacement Petrol and would like to know if I can use Unleaded fuel with valvemaster lead substitute added.

Your tractor will run just fine on unleaded fuel. A lead substitute for the valves usually is most useful in older car engines which have more power, heat and revs than a tractor engine. It may not be necessary if you use your TEA only occasionally and under light loads. Furthermore, I think the TEA engine was designed in the 30's when most fuel was 'unleaded' anyway, as lead was not yet widely used.
