What kind of a 'good' wide front you can get for 'up to $275.00' ?

Yes, every Wide Front End needs at least $275. in rebuilding. You can add six thrust washers to any
sector gear. The reverse steer worm shaft is very
rare. Bushings, bearings, wedges, tie rod ends,
welding ovaled holes, new stops, cap the wedge holes. How much wear on tooth 3 & 4 of the sector
gear?Rebuild the steering box,who has a backlash?
Unless you cut gears, play remains. WFE's tend to
wear, don't get enough grease. To secure the old
steering box,you need longer bolts, lock nuts. You
have to do the job right, so do it yourself.

Those darned classifieds keep sneaking over into the discussion forum. Wonder how that happens even after we're kindly reminded not to post ads here? Maybe an electronic glitch?
