I have a Marvil-Shelbler carb on a Massey-Harris 101jr that needs a main jet (some call it a nozzle). My local NAPA cannot get one and I have ran out of local possibilities. Any help? What crosses over or can another carb parts be used? The numbers on my carb are TSX 155. I have the refresh kit but cannot locate a complete rebuild kit with everything. Any of you Master carb people, please help. Thanks

Jim I had the same problem on my 30 MH.A fellow that works in a gear factory with my wife used to work in a carb. factory. I sent the carb with her to work and she gave it to him,it came back fixed. He said he penned the seat shut and re drilled it. He also put the needle in a lath and turned it to fit the seat. I havent had a problem with it yet.Hope this might help.Some one else must know how to do this. Sam

In my experience, almost any MS fuel nozzle will work even though there might be countless different ones. I've used the ones that are in the MS carbs on the N-series Fords, I think any of those Ford supply houses would have them. What year is your 101 Junior? I have restored two of them and sold one this spring.
