Does anyone know anything about a factory painted yellow 35. When were they made, how many were made, are they rare, and how much would it be worth, thanks to any help!

It's a utility model. Got one like it out here in CA. Someone did a poor job of trying to re-paint in MF red and grey, but at least they masked off the MASSEY FERGUSON on both sides. So the black letters stand out on the yellow background. Check the MFR'S data plate and you should see the "utility" designation. JIM

Jim, The industrial version of the MF 35,35 de-Luxe and 35X were painted yellow by the factory. Threse tractors were produced in substantial numbers and I wouldn't say they were rare - not in the U.K. anyway. I don't know about the States. The industrial tractors had an extended specification and were fitted with extended front and rear mudguards, horn, handbrake and drivers mirror.
Hope this is of help
Peter.

This 35MF is just like a regular 35. Except for the emblem and the way the hood opens, Ive never seen one like it. I believe it is a 1957 model, thats when the MF40 was painted that color. So I dont believe its industrial. Located in South Central US.

It could be a MF 202 some of these tractors had a "soft top" hood. If you do a search in the tractor photos section of the website you will see what looks like a yellow MF 35 but is actually a MF202. There were also industrial and utility versions of the MF 35. It seems it was a very adaptable machine filling many segments of the market.

Im sure its a MF 35. It has the stainless 35 emblem and is almost just the same as a normal 35, except for its paint. Im sure the paint is from factory also. Im almost sure its not an industrial like someone said. Was it made when the 40 was made??, in the yellow color??

THE MF35 UTILITY MODEL HAS A SOLID NON-ADJUSTABLE FRONT AXLE, YOU COULD FIT VARIOUS MF LOADERS ON IT, THERE WAS ALSO THE MF-220 BACKHOE
THAT COULD ALSO BE FITTED TO THIS TRACTOR ,A MF-100 LOADER WAS COMMOMLY FITTED, THE BACKHOE MOUNTED TO THE LOADER SIDE FRAMES.GLEN B.DORNING
TRACTOR IN CALIFORNIA HAS A FEW OF THESE OLDER
"100" LOADERS,I HAVE A 79'MF 30B AND A MF220 BACK-HOE ATTACHMENT.YOUR 35 UTILITY IS QUITE AN INTERESTING TRACTOR, GIVEN THE FACT THAT THESE OLDER PARTS CAN STILL BE FOUND.
