MF 65 Dieselmatic

My neighbor uses an 65 dieselmatic and he has some hydraulic problems.
The pto is not running and the 3-point does not go up or down, he did replace hydraulic fluid recently.
Who would be able to help me?

He either needs to adjust or replace the two stage clutch. One clutch controls the transmission, the second controls the hydraulics and PTO. The adjustment can be done through an access plate under the bell housing. Get a service manual.
