Hey guys,
A friend of mine turned me on to a Massey Ferguson "65" with a factory loader. But, the loader leaks down after a few minutes while running, and really won't "hold" the tractor up. (it seems like a lot of people are proud of this, so I thought I would memtion...) Anyway, am I over reactioning by thinking this is a big problem, or would a few well praced seals fix this tractors problems???
Thanks, Kyle

Sounds like you need to rebuild your spool valves if your not loosing fluid. Once the oils in the cylinders when you raise them, the control valves hold it there.

I have the same headache on my MF85. I have the 3 spool hydraulic setup. Also with the 3 pt hitch you have to set the lift lever in correct position according to the manual. I thought it was leakage on the 3 pt hitch raise/lower control that may be the problem. DID you redo the spools and did this solve the problem? Cheers.
