Willie, Smart Alec is right, no arguments! but,,,, I can only speak for U.K. spec tractors. As you guys already know this is a pet subject of mine and so far the serial no., of the latest red centred tractor I know of, is 38331 making it approximately April 1966 and the earliest silver centred 135 being 78948, approx. June 1967 so the changeover is somewhere in between.I hope this helps and indeed can you or any-one else post your serial no,s and colours and we may be able to solve this one. Thanks, Ali.

Ali,

A while back I posted on this and said I'd get a serial no. from my pal's tractor (1965 with silver rims) I had a go a week or two ago but plate is damaged so that I can't read it.

Hi Willie,
The colour of the wheels on your 135 depends on when it was built. The early 135's had red wheel centres with silver rims, later ones having all silver wheels. In any case both back and front wheels should be the same colour / pattern. I'll bet Ali fae Crieff will have some input on this matter, no arguments about that!!
