Refilled transmission, started it moved about 15' started rattling off and on. Both levers in netural,it locks up kills engine.Whats most likely, transmission or clutch or both ???? appreciate the response, hadn't thought about loose bearing might be locking it up Jerry C

Most likely a bearing has come apart and a piece of it has gotten caught between some gear teeth, preventing them from turning. I would probably start by removing the shift lever cover and the rockshaft housing to see if you can see where the failure is. Most likely a complete transmission tear down will be needed to inspect and repair other damage the low oil situation might have caused.

sounds like major problems in transmition to me,needs to be pulled and checked out, my guess would be all of the bearings need to be replaced,if you are lucky ,the gears are o.k Hope this helps
