It sounds like you have a dual clutch with manual PTO & the PTO clutch is slipping when you put a load on the PTO you can tell if this is your problem by trying to raise the three point when the PTO stops turning if it won't raise then you have a PTO clutch slipping. If the three point will raise when the PTO stops turning then you have Independent PTO & the clutch pack is shot. If I can be of further help Email me

If the M/F 175 has independent P.T.O it won't have ground drive pto. The ground drive pto was
on the tractors with live power (dual clutch).
