I just moved to the farm and I am looking for a tractor. A friend says that one of his neighbors has a Massey Ferguson 1155 for under $10,000, and that is in good shape. Would this tractor pull a 5 ft. bush hog and an 8 ft. disk? I have 7 acres so I don't want a toy. This board is a great resource. Thanks, Ern

An 1155 has a 540 cu in V8 Perkins diesel engine rated at 140 pto HP and weighs over 14,000 lbs. They are not a toy. Way to big for a 5' bush hog or 8' disk.
