Some other sources that can get 218-230-251-etc
mopar parts are Kanters-NAPA-Carquest-Dodge Power Wagon. Most all engine parts are available
new or rebuilt-some n.o.s.
I've rebuilt 218 & 230's and 0.060 inch is easily
done. Never tried further but I think 0.090 inch
is still workable, but I'd bore & sleeve.

Could you get parts at the local auto parts? I ask because I have an old 218 flat six in a 1949 dodge and I was able to get parts there and JC Whitney. I have no idea what the differences between an industrial chrysler and an ordinary chrysler flat head engine would be
Just a thought

You can bore it up to .060 easily. Check what you can get for pistons first.
