My lift on my MF 1155 will go up fine but won't come down less it sit over night if lever is in the down position it comes up slow the remotes work fine but the three point hitch does'nt what could be the problem please help

Sounds like the control valve in the lift assembly body. Has this tractor sat for some time? My guess is that it has & the valve is stuck with a little gunge. What sort of shape is the oil in? You may need to pull the unit apart to clear the valve. This is only a guess, as I have a Fordson Dexta that had the same problem & thats what I found was the problem. Unsure of the design of you unit so, as I say, this is only a guess. Before you go to this extent, check the filter that should be somewhere in the system. This may be blocked & preventing return oil if the filter is on the return side. Good luck !!
