I have replaced the lift fuel pump on my 255 at least eight times. Diesel fuel fills up the oil pan.Wondered if any of you have had that problem. The block heater is fairly close but I don't leave it on very long. It is a 255 with a perkins engine. Any help apprreciated.

Have you had your injection pump resealed? The lip seals on the bottom of the injection pump can be leaking and will let fuel run into the oil just like a bad transfer pump will. Let us know how it turns out. David

Thanks for your reply David. No I haven't had the injector pump checked. That very well be what the problem is. I have been replacing the transfer pumps just assuming that was the problem. I'll put one on and everything is OK for about a year and then I start getting diesel in the oil. That injector pump is probably too high tech for my shade tree brain. Guess I'll have to find a dealer. Thanks again.
