Can anyone tell me anything about the M-12? What is the horse power and size? Would it be good for mowing and does it have live pto etc.?

Not sure about an M-12 but the MF12 is a garden tractor with a 12 horse power cast iron tecumseh engine. It has no hydraulics but a manual one point lift like a cub cadet. The transmission is belt driven as is the mower deck. A special attachment replaces the belt pulley for the mower to accommodate a power take off of sorts that turns the shaft for a tiller attachment. A snow blower is available but I don't have one so don't know how that hooks up. Great for mowing a big yard or small pasture, plowing a garden using a single bottom plow, etc.. A tough little tractor made in the late 60's, early 70's. No bigger than a simplicity mower but a lot heavier I think.
