I was using my bothers MF202 and man is it hard to steer. I added fluid to the pump and realized it had a bad hydrolic line. Replace the line and it was only a tad easer to steer. Did notice a small leak at the top of the steering column. Does the column part work just as a valve?

Any idea, sure would make life easer if the PS worked.
Thanks

- Dave

Where did you find the pump location to add fluid? I cannot find mine.
I think under the tank by the steering wheel there is a filter block that the lines seem to go through, maybe it is plugged up.

I just followed the PS lines to the pump. The pump is on the front left of the engine. It had a square headed plug where you add the fluid. Looks like I need to get a manual for the 202.

Thanks

Must be some differences in pumps depending on what year 202-mine's on the side of the engine, up near the front, opposite the oil fill. Manual sez you take the top of the resevoir and fill to the full line.
