The first Red/grey MF 35 was produced in England on Nov. 1957 the s/n was 74656 but the first Diesel Red/Grey TO 35 was built in 1958 s/n 180742 before that the early TO 35 was Grey and Green.

Bob UK , You obviously have greater resources than me, as my book only says 1958 for the 1st "Massey" so,can you help me with some queries I recently posted on the FOFH site?
1)When did 100 series tractor mudguard handles, change from cast. to pressed steel?
2)When did the 35/7 loader, and other implements, change from grey to red?
3)When did the wheels on 400/500 series combines,
seed drills, and dung spreaders change from grey to yellow?
Thanks in anticipation,we seem to be short of a comprehensive, chronolgical, history of Massey Ferguson through the 60's & 70's Ali, fae Crieff.

I think 1958 was the year Massey took over.
