U.K. 135 seriel numbers

I own a U.K. version 135 diesel. I have a manual but cannot seem to find the age. The seriel number
sequence is different on the U.K. version! They
use 6 digits. Mine is 153 418 . I have found the major differences between the two versions but no
luck finding a list of U.K. seriel numbers/ age.
I had hoped someone in the U.K. may be able to help. We are located in Ontario Canada!

Tim,your tractor was built in 1970,1st tractor in 1970 was 141426 and the 1st in 1971 was 162200.

Try this..... lay on your back & wriggle under the tractor between the front wheels. Look for a casting number in front of the sump pan. Mine has the day, month & year cast number there.

Jack Wetmore from Fredricton, New Brunswick is an excellent source for info on these models and a really helpful person when it comes to parts, service, etc. I have Jack's e-mail on another computer and will send it to you when I get to the office this morning.

I>Link didn't find the the 135 listed there but they were very helpful in sorting out the serial # on my "new to me" FE 35. You may want to e-mail Chris.
