I have a MF65 Diesel with locking differential, the rear wheels would not unlock so I removed the cover(Caming lever assem and foot petal) and the locking pin would not move to disengage. I was able to move the locking pin over and out of diff lock with a pair of vice grip but there is no spring tention on the pin. The manual shows a large compression spring, does anyone have an idea as to what the problem is?

Thanks Harry Grubbs

I'm looking at a 1964, average condition with the perkins deisel. the differential lock pedal seems to be "frozen" will that be big bucks to repair?

I have no idea how to help with your problem but I would appreciate your advice.

Thanks,

Mark H.
