MF 200 track loader problem

I have a MF200 track loader which is having a problem moving. It started a year ago when I was moving stone. I noticed it was sluggish when I realeased the clutch. The shuttle clutch forward and reverse worked ok when I did not use the clutch between changing direction. If I pushed the clutch in to stop or change direction It would not want to move right away. But once it did it never slipped. It would plow through anything without stopping. I changed the filters with no better response. It got so bad it would take up to a minute before moving when the clutch released. I have it at a local diesel shop. They are not sure whats wrong. They beleive the trans is all hydraulic with pumps and valves (no clutch). Its been there for over three months since they don't have time to tear the machine apart looking for what may be a simple problem.
