Ran across a decent, running Massey Pony today while picking up some other tractors. Owner is asking $1700(Can)for it. Is this a good price? I have mostly 'orange' tractors and am not familiar with prices of these particular red ones!

Got mine about April of 2003, and gave $600 bucks for it. It was a steal. runs like a champ and has factory hydraulic. No implements, and missing headlights, but a fine tractor, none the less.

Those little Ponys seem to be getting more desirable all the time. If its got all the tin, fair rubber,no bad welds I would say its worth it.

Hey Phil, I have 3 Pony's. And I don't think $1700 is out of line for a decent one. You'll always hear about the guy who could have bought one for $700 or $800. I would have to need the money badly to sell one of mine for that. I also have a couple of orange. Just my opinion. Dave
