Mf 65 front weights?

We have just purchased our old 65 massy that my grandpa bought new! What for front weights did they have on those models? were they the red tall ones? If so where do you find them? In the northern Indiana area.

Mark,

The newer (1980 vintage) 80lb. cast or 87lb. steel, will fit your MF65 and you can still get them new. But the shipping cost are high.

I suspect, that most manufacturer's weights can be made to fit.

The tall weights you are referring to are 60 lbs. each made for Massey in Canada. I just thought you might be interested in this useless information.

Yes the were the tall ones about 65 lbs I think. I have been watching for some but don't know what happened to all of them? They are hard to find here in west Ill.
