What type of Front End loaders are for the Massey 135? What would be expected cost of one? On bucket size is there a good working one that is not to big. Thanks, Mark H.

Hi My Uncle just bought a loader for his 245 and it was a bush hogg brand it is very simple to hook up and the brackets for a 135 is all the same except the middle which on a 135 bolts to the under neath and 245 bolts to the side the front all bolts the same the hyd valve will go under the seat and will have down pressure the loader will cost around 3,500.00 with all hoses and valves

Mark
From previous posts I understand you have a 135 Orchard this is a heavier tractor than the reg 135 I believe the Orchard model used the rear axle from the 165 and the powersteering is the type with a hydraulic cylinder on each side.
It was not uncommon for these tractors to have a MF 99 or MF101 loader on them (the 101 had down pressure). I think buckets range from 48-72 inches wide you shouldn't have much trouble lifting and manouvering with 1000 lbs. I am sure that there is more than 1 aftermarket quick detach loader in production for this machine. The most important thing is to have a front mounted pump that way you will have hydraulic pressure as long as the engine is running.

Yes you are right it has the 165 rear end and double cylinder power steering. I have the set/up for the front pump but no pump. Where could I find a picture of the MF99 or MF101 Loader. I have the Orchard Solid axle also on front, Live PTO w/2-stage clutch and Planitary Gears with the Disk Brakes on the rear. I want to set it up with a original type loader and would like to get more information on one. Where do I look? Thanks, Mark H.

I have a Bush Hog brand front end loader on my 165 and am very pleased with it. I'd be glad to send you a pic privately.
