Purchased a MF tractor with no emblems or model number visible. Has a 3 cyl. Perkins Gas, six speed trans.(3 w/Hi-Low), Live PTO, Serial Number appears to be 9A-870II. Where the old Massey red paint has peeled, it appears to have a base coat that is yellow. I take it this means it's an industrial version. Looking for all info on this tractor, ie. manuals, parts manuals, repair manuals, etc. Sure could use some help on this. The tractor runs great but I always want to know everything about any equipment that I own.

According to www.tractortips.com, you have a 1969 MF-135 or MF-150. Several models (135, 150, 165, 175, and 180) shared the same range of serial numbers, but the 165, 175, and 180 had a four cylinder Perkins diesel. Maybe somebody can confirm which of these two models is the commercial model. My opinion is that the 135 is the standard, and the 150 is commercial.
