HELP, I have a big problem with 'Martin the Massey' when he has been running for about 20 minutes he stops and the fuel line has to be de-aerated as detailed in the Operators Instruction Book. I have replaced the flexible hose from the diesel fuel tank to the sediment bowl. Fitted a new fuel pump, new paper filter and Purolator filter but it is still happening..... ....any idea's please. My wife is very sad about Martin not working and giving me alot of grief :(

Hi guys

Found the problem and it turned out to be that little filter on the fuel shutoff valve inside the tank which was blocked.

thanks again all

Try blowing out the filter mesh in the tank shutoff valve. If it clogs, you will see this happen. When fuel flow is restricted, the system draws air thru the cold start reservoir overflow tube.
