I have a MH 44-6 in rough but restorable conditon.I haven't been able to locate an exhaust manifold or a carb rebuild kit/replacement(marvel-sheibler).Red Seal Continental 226 engine has low hrs on full rebuild.Noleaks in cooling system.Tractor has been on the family farm for 30 yrs.Any help on parts or is it time to part it out?

NAPA carries the rebuild kit for the Red Seal updraft carburator..marvel-sheibler.
I still run one of these old beasts (1950's vintage) daily, and wouldn't trade it for anything. It is a little cold running in our Maine weather because it has no thermostat, or intake air pre-heater, but the mag system loves it and it always fires over. There is a company in Brewer, Maine...Eberson Electric on Green Street, and they still stock mag parts and have said they can locate 'any' part I need for the Ol' girl, and I believe it was them that I got a manifold thru about 15 years ago..hope this helps, and if you have any problems thru your local NAPA, let me know and I'll run it by our over-60's staff here.
