MF 35x Chassis number

I have a 1962 MF 35x 3 cyl. Its registation number is 8222 BZ. I have the engine number and the gearbox number but I do not have the chassis number. All I know is that it starts with JN. Driver and Vehicle Licensing Northern Ireland refuse to give it to me. Can anyone please direct me as to where I could get this number in order to get the tractor taxed as an historical vehicle. On the right rear side of the dash panel, adjacent and to the left of the ignition switch should be an aluminium plate. At the bottom of the plate should be stamped your serial number. This will consist of three letters, such as SNM, then numbers. If this plate is missing, unfortunately, you have no other way of finding the s/number.

The serial number on the mf 35x is the same on the left side of the gearbox as on the plate.
The number is whacked into the housing right below the main gear shift lever. SNMYW123456 (ex.)
