First tractor. I am concidering buying a Massey 50, around a '53? It has a hydraulic loader with a 5 ft. brush hog, and tire chains. Overall to my untrained eye's it looks very good shape. Anything I should be wary about and is the asking price of $3800 reasonable? I think he will come down some. Both of the rear tires are checked and one has the tube sticking out a little. Any help thankful.

We have a 50 - great tractor. Price seems vey fair. I will say unless it has power steering it will take a lot of area to turn with a load on the loader. Check 3 point lift. Only problem we have ever had.
