Massey 230, Several questions

Hello Everyone, I have the chance to bid on a Massey 230, about a 1978 I am told, Unfortunately it is 2 hours away. The insurance adjuster has some poor pictures of the tractor and knows it is a Diesel but that is about all, He has pictures of the damage wich is minor but my questions are is if all 230's had Power Steering and the Perkins Engine wee all love, Also is it a 6 spd or 8 spd? I can go look at it before biding but it is a 2 hour drive, If it doesnt have power steering I won't bother looking, Any other info about the 230 will be appreciated, Thanks!

A diesel 230 should have the Perkins A3.152 engine,I think most were 8 speed.They are really an updated 135.
