I found a 1971 MF34? Serial #9A119743 with a front loader,backhoe diesel eng. in fair condition. Everything appears to operate. What should I offer for it.

Not one of those guys who gives you the "make me an offer" thing? There has been quite a bit of discussion here on the forum through the winter about those guys who want you to make the first move. If they're really interested in selling, then they should give you a price and then be prepared to dicker don't you think? What if you offer $2000 more than he really wants, do you think he'd tell you? Push him for a price ... and hopefully you'll get some guideline feedback here so you'll know if he's in the ballpark.
