my MF has serial number of 9A93884 and a motor # of GNK 1842.

I have talked to several dealers and none seem to be able to tell me what Model I have. The rear axle # is 899 475.

Looking for HELP !!!

Hi Rod This may sound a lot of work but try this.
Go to Tractor Registry at the left of this page
click on it
click on Massey Ferguson
click on 35
at the bottom of the listed MF35s there are two owners that have engines with the serial no. GKN
click on the blue tractor s/n and it will give you all there details on their tractors
at the bottom of their page is a contact box.
send them an e-mail and they might be able to help you further.
as to your tractor s/n I have seen it somewere but have checked my references and cant find it, let me know how you get on.

The axle number is shown in my parts books for 165, industrial 40 and industrial 30.

Narrows it down a bit. I'd guess the serial number puts it early in the series - 65 to 68 or so, and probably rules out the 200 series tractors.

I don't recognize the motor number - ours are Perkins diesels and it doesn't fit them.

More info would help - high clearance would rule out industrials. Transmission type? gas? Solid or adjustable front axle?
