Color of 101JR

Hi all you Massey folks I have a question I hope someone can answer my father-in-law has a 1943 101JR that we are starting to restore we sent the engine block to the machine shop today I need to know what color the engine should be? It would be really great if anyone has a color sales brochure if they had such a thing back then that could maybe email a picture or if not tell us what colors everything should be ie starter,generator,fan etc. Thanks for any help you can give Willy

Hi Willy The book I have with specs on massey tractor's shows that the chassis is red;wheels are straw yellow;and the engine is black.I have seen a lot of the 101's and 102's with the engines painted red.I guess it is what you would prefer. Bruce Colbourne
