Auction house down the road has a
beautiful 35, complete restoration,
runs good, wants $5300.00 ...

That's half the value of my land, but
I'm tempted...how stupid am I?

Thanks, Kevin

I can't imagine how on earth you can sell/buy at a price that high.
Here (in Denmark) they range between $500 to $2500
the latter in absolute mint condition 3cyl perk w/multipower and approved hut...

Sounds high to me. I paid 2800 for mine about a month ago . Mine's not perfect but is in real good usable shape and has new paint .

Sounds high to me. I believe that the top dollar for this tractor should be around $3500. If it is in pristine condition it may be worth $4,000.

If you pay more than that look at an alternate tractor.

I own a MF65 - 1963. It is larger than the 35 and has quite a bit more HP. 52 vs 35.

I paid around $3,000 for it a couple of years ago. It needs paint but has low hours on the original engine.

If the guy wont take less look somewhere else for another tractor. They are not that hard to find.

Hope this helps you out

Thanks, gents. YT readers are now 5-to-1
that they wouldn't bite at $5,000.

And, since I'm also in Missouri, I'll keep
hoping to find a deal like yours :-)
