I have a MH 203 with 13.50 x 32 rear tyres in poor condition. I cannot find any used tyres of this size in Australia. Can anyone advise me if the cast centres from another model MH may fit the axle? Perhaps a 14 x 30 rim or 15 x 28 rim may work and be about the same diameter. Is the basic MH 203 similar to any other model except for perhaps the engine? Thanks.

The 201,202,203's I have seen in North America all have 30 inch rear tires. The cast center is part # 7452A. What is the pt# on yours? All 55's have 34 inch tires. A "55" center would probably fit as the very first ones are the same rear end as the 200's.

Somehow I believe the 201, 202, and 203 evolved into the 44 and 55 series. Perhaps those models might work. I know all the 101's and 102's (juniors and seniors) used the same drivetrain except for different motors so maybe the same thing went for those bigger models. If it is a standard tread then they used a tapered axle with a keyway and axle nut. The guy that would know is a fellow by the name oaf Keith Oltrogge from the Massey Collector News magazine or also called the Wild Harvest. His address is Box 529, Denver, IA (USA) and unfortunately I don't think he has a website or email. You might try looking for it on the websearch, try WILD HARVEST, MASSEY COLLECTORS NEWS.
