I have a Massey Ferguson 65 SN 701531
Motor is Diesel. Need Help! What type of engine do I have? Any info. that you can give me on the whole tractor is appreciated.

Walt, I think you have a U.S. built MF65. (British built serial no's ran from 500001 to 614024). Both US built 65 Diesels, "special" diesels and the multipower Dieselmatic were fitted with the Perkins AD4-203 diesel engine. Later dieselmatics were fitted with the A4-203 engine which had "swirl" injection rather than direct injection found in the AD-203. The AD4-203 engine was 4 cylinder, 203.5 cu ins displacement, bore & stroke - 3.6"x5", compression ratio 17.4:1. PTO hp rating at max full load rpm was 48.59. Hope this is of assistance,
