I have a 1956 to-35 with an Allied loader. My loader mounts on the sway bar pins beneath the rear axle and the side rails sit on a crosspiece which is mounted just in front of the bell housing. If you look beneath your tractor you'll see four holes to receive bolts.Just beneath the seat I have a spool valve which allows the loader to receive fluid from the pump or I can turn the valve to opearte my 3 point hitch. You can't operate both at the same time with this system. The spool valve feeds the control valve which allows me to lift the loader bucket(I also have a cylinder on my bucket to tip it.) I will warn you taht the stock pump only delivers about 2.5 gpm (gallons per minute) and this makes for a very slow loader. You can install a front mount hydraulic pump off you crankshaft or put one on your pto ( a bit of a pain if you use other implements on the pto) The stock pump will opearte the loader if you're not in a hurry. The loader will make your steering heavy but you won't have to do any weight training.

Also looking to place loader for my MF35. External front PTO pump is the way to go. Everything I have been told about was already covered by Harry...although I would stress making sure that your power steering was intact and working well...you will most definetly develop some "popeye" type arms really quick if your power steering is out. Turning is really tough with extra front end weight of unit..not counting a load in the bucket.

I should have mentioned this earlier.but I'm sure you've worked this out already. In the past some people used a half a 45 gallon drum filled with sand as a counterweight on the drawbar of the tractor. It helps somewhat but also puts weight over the rear wheels in winter for extra traction when removing snow.A consideration for the 35 also is that too much weight on the bucket could stress or break your front axle or the engine cradle!!
