I BOUGHT A TRACTOR (MTD)HERE IN NOVA SCOTIA RECENTLY BUT I DON'T KNOW THE MODEL OF IT.IT IS A 16HP HYDROSTATIC DRIVE,WITH PTO TAKEOFF FOR THE MOWER DECK.(SERIAL NO.8D-6951).THE TIRE SIZES ARE 27X9.5-15 REAR AND 16X6.5-8 IN FRONT.OTHER THINGS TO NOTE IT HAS A HYD. CYLINDER UNDER THE FRAME AS WELL IT HAS A BLADE FAN ON THE REAR DRIVE SHAFT BEFORE ENTERING THE GEARBOX.AS YOU CAN SEE I DON"T HAVE MUCH INFO,ANY HELP WOULD BE APPRECIATED.

I'm currently using a 5-foot bush hog, although the dealer told me the 245 would push a 6-footer O.K. Thanks for your advice. A medium-duty tractor is fine for me right now. By the way, what other brand(s) do you recommend?
