We have more info about the MF35 that I wrote about yesterday. (refer to message "Mf 35- any info wanted dated 1/07/99) The motor is a Z 134-- I read it wrong. The unusual thing about it is that it has a shuttle shift that makes the tractor go forward and reverse ( of course) but also makes the PTO go forward and reverse as well. This one is a gas engine. We heard that this might be a prototype, of which 2 were made and that one may be in a museum, but we don't want to get crazy here... what are the chances? Does anybody have any suggestions on how to get info? Thank you

Shuttle shift was a seldom taken option on the 35's unless they were bought as industrials with a loader or front blade. Info is kind of same-old, same-old. Find a partsman who was there when they were new and see how good his memory is. Have also seen a couple of 50's and 65's(farm tractors) that have a factory shuttle in them. Strange about the PTO though. That's definitely what is not supposed to happen with them.
