I was wondering if they make power steering for TO 30 1951 with frontloader.tractor is very hard to turn when not moving THANKS

I don't know if this will be of any help, but a suggestion: There are two struts which run from the front beam axle to the side of the tractor body on the gearbox bellhousing. Try greasing them in the joint on the gearbox housing - it entails opening them up by removing the bolts and them greasing & replacing. I have found that copperlube works very well.
