I am a Farmall guy, but got to thinking that I never have seen a Massey Ferguson with either a narrow front or a tricycle. I know that Massey Harris did, just wondering if there were any MF's that did. Thanks for the info!

We owned a MF85 from about 1965 to 1985. It had and interchangeable front end with both a tricycle and wide front. We used the wide front most of the time but had to swap to the narrow front when we put on the two row mounted picker when we picked corn in the fall.

M-F made a 180 with a narrow front. I think it had a 236 perkins engine.

I had a MF-50 with the row-crop front end, also had 38" rear wheels. I paid less than a 8N Ford for it.

I had a 1130 that I used to swap over to narrow front. A friend of mine has an 1100 and a 1150 with a tricycle. The 1150 V8 looks good with the narrow front.

Looked at a 1960 MF 65 with a tricycle front end a couple of weeks ago. Sharp looking tractor.

Yes, The Ferguson 40 came with the option of a Dual wheel Tricycle "Hi-40" and a Single Wheel Tricycle "High-40". I'm sure there are others.
