HELP PURCHASED MF 135 PERKINS DEISEL GENERAL QUESTIONS

HOW MUCH OIL TO CHANGE AND ALSO DOES IT TAKE A SPECIAL TYPE , NEED TO ADJUST CLUTCH. I HAVE THAT THERE IS 2 ADJUSTMENTS ONE WITH THE PEDAL AND THE OTHER IN SIDE WITH FEELER GAGE. ALSO PLAN ON CHANGING THE HYDR. OIL .HOW MUCH IN AND ALSO WHAT TYPE . DOES IT HAVE A FILTER ON THE HYDR. AND IS IT THE SAME OIL THAT IS IN THE TRANNY . SORRY FOR SO MANY DUMB ? MY FIRST MF. I HAVE A 8N FORD BUT REALLY LIKE THIS 135 . ENGINE REBUILT AND NEW CLUTCH , PAID 3100 HOW DOES THIS PRICE SOUND THANKS MIKE

Mike,

These are great tractors! You really need to purchase a shop manual for this machine, possibly also an ownres manual. Not too expensive, but indespensable!! Check out the supplies on this site.

I use Chevron Delo for the oil, and Texaco TDH in the drive/hydraulics. I suggest you clean the hydraulic filter, and replace it if it is rotted out.

Too much to descibe here, but the manuals have it all!
