all i can tell you is that it has been sitting for three years in the woods don't know if it is tight or not it ran when parked it lost the oil out of the hyd. coupler on a scale of 1 to 10 it makes a 4 it is well worth it for the parts it is not mine i just came across it if you want the phone no. i will get it hope this helps
