I found what I think to be a 470 mf loader it has a perkins diesel engine and a clark trans. 4x4 all wheels same size and center pivot steer. Am I in the right ball park.??? It runs but rough shape seller is asking $2500 any parts out there?

I have one and completely rebuilt the whole machine (minus paint). Parts are easy to adapt. Because the design is relatively basic you can get parts machined. It's not a very heavy or fast machine but it's awesome for wood chips, sand, snow, sawdust, and any other light material. You won't have a chance against rock or anything heavy like that. Lumber yards like these machines. $2500 is a good price.

I see this post is a bit old but I will throw this up in case anyone else looks. I was just looking at a machine that was a MF 470. Has the serial number plate on it and a 1976 stamp on the frame. 4 cyl. Perkins diesel and Clark tranny.

MF did build a 470 loader before the 33-88 series in the mid to late 1960`s. This loader wasn`t a pivot in the middle machine. It steered on the front end and had a narrow loader frame to allow the front wheels to turn.
