The Massey Ferguson 2800 Series Tractor which you are inquiring about is in fact a highly reliable and durable machine. This tractor was manufactured by Simplicity and was offered with the Simplicity name as well as the Agco Allis name. This style tractor was in production for many years and offered in various horsepower sizes and transmission options. Sadly, Simplicity has ceased production of this tractor in August 2000 due to aging and worn out equipment that was used to manufacture this tractor. You may find a dealer with a new one in stock yet, but it is becoming more unlikely as time goes on, as these tractors were a very good seller in their time. There are many used ones out there for sale and you could probably find one in good excellent shape somewhere's. Simplicity offers other quality tractors as well as two new garden tractors which have just entered production. They are called the Simplicity Prestige and Simplicity Conquest Garden Tractor. You will also find these same tractors in Massey Ferguson versions. Your local Massey Ferguson, Simplicity, or Agco Allis Dealer will be happy to assist you. Good Luck and if I can assist you with anymore information on the 2800 Series tractor, feel free to contact me.
