Double posting here and on Harry Ferguson forum.

Thanks to all (espec. Big Dean) who helped with my distributor problem. Now fixed and runs great except carb.

Tractor has a Carter UT that leaks internally. Not enough to flood engine, but must shut off sediment bowl when not running. I can not locate a rebuild kit locally. Have reset float three times, and have gone way past I&T manual spec. Needle does seal when I have it apart and blow into inlet. Fuel line is clean, installed in-line filter past sediment bowl and new hose.

Does anyone know where I can find a rebuild kit for this Carter UT? Any other suggestions?

Thanks,

Jim

What comes to mind is possibly when fuel is introduced into the fuel bowl the float may be swinging to one side and hanging on the side of the fuel bowl.
