Power Steering line repair

I've busted a line on the steering (MF20D), apparently due to stress at a fitting. I don't have a double-flare tool, and want to repair it with a hose and clamps. BUT, it keeps busting out. I put a bit of flare on the end of the tube to keep a brake hose from slipping, but now the hose has split. My question: What sort of repair can I do that will be both flexible (vibration resistance) and secure with the high pressures involved?

Tom, you might need to make up a steel coupling and silver solder it in-line. Seems to be the best remedy I've found in your situation. L8R----Fred OH
